① It could be a problem with the Bluetooth version of the computer host. Please open the Bluetooth search page to search for Bluetooth, and press the Fn+1 (2/3) key on the keyboard to connect.
② The keyboard Bluetooth (corresponding channel) may already be connected to another device. Please disconnect the Bluetooth connection with that device.
③ Check if the keyboard has power, if the keyboard switch is set to the [Bluetooth/2.4G] mode. Check if the key axis switch is properly inserted and if there is any poor contact.
