Can the V3 memory be replaced?
The memory is onboard LPDDR5 6400MHz (It does not support user replacement).
Does the SSD support hot-swapping?
No, it does not support hot-swapping. The official recommendation is not to replace the SSD by yourself, as self-replacements will not be covered under warranty.
Do you provide MS Office?
We do not offer MS Office.
What is VLink?
VLink (DP-in video input) only supports input devices connected to V3's VLink port via a Type-C cable in powered-off mode to directly display the video and audio signals of the input device, functioning as a portable screen.
Can V3 be linked with MINISFORUM mini PCs?
It is possible with the function of VLink (DP-in video input), the V3 can also be used as a display for Mini PC.
How to adjust the graphics memory?
To adjust the graphics memory: Boot up and press del to enter the BIOS interface, navigate to Advanced --- GFX Configuration --- UMA Frame Buffer Size for adjustment.
