Something about RAM:

If you buy a 8GB RAM, it's 1X8GB stick; if you buy a 16GB RAM, it's 2x8GB stick and so on. If you want just one 16GB stick, please contact hi@minisforum.com to request. It's ok for you to change the order before shipping. Thank you.

What is DE & US & CN & JP Warehouse?

MINISFORUM has local warehouses in Germany & USA & China & Japan. Goods ordered from these warehouses are shipped within 2~3 business days and sent directly to you.

Do I have to pay shipping if I order items from a local warehouse?

World wide free shipping is offered to you, no matter it's shipped from the local warehouse or China. And there is no need to pay extra shipping fee. Thank you.

How long does it take for my orders to be shipped?

Models in stock in our EU/US warehouse, it will be shipped directly from the warehouse within 1~2 days; otherwise, it will be shipped from China with 2~3 days.You can track your order in the “Order Status” section. If you have any queries, feel free to contact hi@minisforum.com. (Hope to be noticed, the hot sell and pre-ordered products are not apply with the above rules.)

Will I need to pay custom duties or taxes on my orders?

Items shipped from all our warehouses are not subject to export taxes. However, if you are shipping an item from one county to another (shipped from China), you may be subject to pay local taxes and custom duties on said item. The customer is solely responsible for these expenses.

Do you ship to remote areas?

How to track my Checkout Order?

There are three ways for you to track your Express Checkout Order.

  • The one is to track your order at your Personal Center. Please rest assured that the tracking information will be shown clearly at your Personal Center after associated Paypal account with your MINISFORUM account.
  • The second is click the button Order Status to follow your package. Please rest assured that the email of the tracking information will be sent shortly after submitting your order number and MINISFORUM account.
